Roman Baths

The Pump Rooms
Regarded as the social heart of Bath for more than two centuries, the Pump Room is a striking neo-classical salon where hot Spa water is drawn for drinking. The Pump Room restaurant is open daily for morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea, with live music by the Trio.

Bath Abbey
Begun in 1499, Bath Abbey is the last of the great medieval churches of England. The West Front is unique as it depicts the dream that inspired the Abbey's founder, Bishop Oliver King, to pull down the ruined Norman cathedral and raise the present building on its foundations.
No.1 Royal Crescent
No.1 Royal Crescent is a magnificently restored Georgian town house that creates a wonderfully vital picture of life in Georgian Bath.No.1 provides visitors to the Crescent with an opportunity to look beyond the famous Palladian façade and see what life was like for the wealthy in 18th century Bath.
Beckford’s Tower
Beckford’s Tower was designed by Henry Edmund Goodridge in 1825 and completed in 1827 for William Beckford (1760-1844). The 120-foot neo-classical Tower, which enjoys uninterrupted views of the countryside, was constructed as a study retreat and to house Beckfords precious collection of art.
